Terms & Conditions - Creator Fund

Terms & Conditions - Creator Fund

Effective Date: 10.July 2026

The EXMON Creator Fund (the "Fund") operates as an umbrella rewards system managed by the EXMON ecosystem team. By submitting an application or participating in any promotional activities associated with the Fund, the participant acknowledges, understands, and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Global Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope & Campaign Isolation

1.1. To ensure high-quality user acquisition, proper target metric analysis, and algorithmic clarity on distribution platforms, every sub-contest or submission under the Fund must be strictly isolated to a single product within the ecosystem.

1.2. Participants may submit videos targeting only one specific product track per individual submission:

  • Track A: EXMON Exchange (Cryptocurrency Exchange: Crypto trading, market positioning, ecosystem interface, liquidity, and trading features).
  • Track B: EXMON Bazaar (Multi-vendor Marketplace: E-commerce, buying/selling physical goods or digital assets with cryptocurrency).
  • Track C: EXMON Escrow (Digital Escrow & Secure Settlement Service: Secure transactions, anti-scam measures and safe settlement protocols).

2. Payout Structure & View Counting

2.1. Rewards are calculated based on organic video view thresholds reached on approved social media platforms (specifically TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).

2.2. The absolute minimum threshold for any payout eligibility is 100,000 verified views.

2.3. View increments are strictly rounded down to the nearest 100,000 views (multiples of 100k) at the exact time of the manual moderation review.

2.4. The One-Time Payout Rule: The reward for any individual video is issued exactly once. If a participant claims a payout at 100,000 views, and the submitted video subsequently gains 2,000,000 views, no supplementary, progressive, or retroactive payouts will be issued for that video. Participants must independently assess their own video dynamics and momentum before submitting a claim.

Standard Reward Rate Schedule:

Verified View Count Range Reward Amount (USDT)
100,000 – 400,000 views $10 – $40 USDT
500,000 – 900,000 views $50 – $90 USDT
1,000,000 views $100 USDT
Above 1,000,000 views Scales linearly at a rate of +$10 USDT per every additional 100,000 verified views

3. Geographic Traffic & Audience Restrictions (GEO Filter)

To optimize the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and filter out low-conversion, artificial, or financially non-viable traffic, strict audience distribution limits are enforced via backend analytics verification:

3.1. Approved Target Regions (Tier-1, Tier-2, and Select Hubs): CIS countries, Europe, North America, South America, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

3.2. Restricted/Prohibited Regions (Tier-3 Hyper-Inflationary View Zones): India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other unapproved low-conversion regions.

3.3. The 20% Cap Rule: Views originating from Restricted/Prohibited Regions (Tier-3) must not exceed 20% of the video's total audience distribution.

  • If Tier-3 traffic is below 5%, the video passes geographic compliance automatically.
  • If Tier-3 traffic is between 5% and 20%, approval is subject to individual manual review of user engagement metrics (Engagement Rate, comment depth, and text quality).
  • If Tier-3 traffic exceeds 20%, the submission is completely disqualified from the Fund.

3.4. The Top-1 Country Disqualification: If the primary audience country (the Top-1 location listed in the built-in video analytics breakdown) belongs to the Restricted/Prohibited list, the video is entirely disqualified, regardless of the total view volume.

4. Content Compliance & Prohibited Niches

To maintain corporate reputation and adhere to global financial communication standards, strict content boundaries are set.

4.1. Prohibited Themes & Materials:

  • Any promotional materials, imagery, or links targeting Gambling, Online Casinos, or Sportsbooks.
  • Political commentary, geopolitical positioning, nationalistic slurs, religious material, or any form of discrimination.
  • Demonstration, lyrics, or visuals referencing illegal substances, weapons, or adult content.
  • Get-Rich-Quick schemes, deceptive claims of "guaranteed returns", or unlicensed financial advice.

4.2. Brand Integrity: Content must not misrepresent, defame, or create fake reaction clips regarding EXMON products. Videos with bad-faith clickbait, false structural information, or misleading instructions regarding the ecosystem will be immediately rejected.

4.3. Third-Party Advertising: The submission video, caption, video description, tags, pinned comments, and the participant's primary social profile bio must be completely free of third-party advertisements or external links (e.g., promotional Telegram channels, info-products, courses, or referral links to other services).

5. Anti-Fraud & Technical Verification Protocol

5.1. Strict Verification Method: Payouts are approved exclusively upon reviewing a continuous, unedited mobile screen recording submitted directly via the support ticket system in the website user dashboard or to the verified Telegram channel: @exmon_official.

5.2. Screen Recording Integrity Framework:

The recording must start directly either from the user dashboard on the website (by opening a new support ticket) or from the Telegram application chat interface with @exmon_official,, ensuring the moderator's handle or ticket interface is clearly visible at the beginning. The participant must navigate seamlessly, without pausing, stopping, cutting, or editing the recording, into the respective social application (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube). The video analytics/insights screen must be opened, showing the total view count, retention graphs, engagement metrics, and the geographical breakdown of countries. All data blocks must load fully on screen during the video. The participant must perform an author action (specifically, liking at least 2 comments under the submitted video from the official publisher account) to definitively prove ownership.

5.3. Disqualifying Technical Indicators:

  • Any edits, cuts, crops, framing adjustments, or speed alterations to the submitted screen recording.
  • Recordings captured from Desktop/Laptop web interfaces (Only Mobile or Tablet Mobile OS allowed).
  • Discrepancies in metadata, missing "Traffic Source/Audience Country" tabs, or blank/hidden data blocks.
  • Evidence of paid view manipulation, botting, fake likes, synthetic comments, or incentivized engagement loops (e.g., utilizing micro-worker/task sites on a live video).

6. Submission & Application Protocol

6.1. Application Ingestion: To lock in a payout claim, participants must submit their details exactly as specified below, either within the opened website support ticket or the active Telegram session with @exmon_official. Any formatting errors or omitted fields will result in an automatic rejection of the submission.

6.2. Submission Template & Format: The data must be delivered as a single text message matching the exact chronological order of the submitted mobile screen recording:

[Selected Track: Track A / Track B / Track C]
[Your social media handle/username]
[Link to video 1] — [exact view count]
[Link to video 2] — [exact view count]

Example:
Selected Track: Track B
@crypto_king_tt
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZM... — 100,000 views
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZAM... — 1,100,000 views

6.3. Settlement Details (Payout Destination):

  • The participant's USDT TRC-20 wallet address must be transmitted as a separate, isolated text message.
  • Critical Constraint: The address must strictly begin with the capital letter "T" (e.g., T7z5Tf9jj1k2a4V...). This step is mandatory only during the participant's initial submission to the Fund.
  • Modifying or changing the user's Telegram handle/username while an application is waiting in the audit queue is strictly prohibited and voids settlement liability.

6.4. Queue Processing & Tracking: Following manual review and compliance clearance, the submission is formally logged into the global participant database. Automated notifications will be dispatched concurrently to the participant's website dashboard and Telegram handle. All claims are systematically processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Initial audit status updates are finalized within 7 business days.

7. Execution, Settlement & Dispute Resolution

7.1. The compliance and moderation teams hold absolute and final discretion over the evaluation of engagement quality, traffic authenticity, and video alignment with brand values.

7.2. Any attempts to deceive, falsify analytics data, submit stolen/third-party screen recordings, or bully/harass moderation staff will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Fund ecosystem and blacklisting of the participant's crypto addresses.

7.3. All approved rewards are settled exclusively in USDT (TRC-20). Re-using or changing Telegram handles during a pending audit queue may result in verification and settlement failure. EXMON is not responsible for lost rewards due to handle modifications.

8. Security Disclaimer

8.1. Official EXMON representatives or moderators will never initiate a direct message (DM) to ask for private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or 2FA codes.

8.2. The only authorized handle for submission ingestion, technical verification, and payout processing is @exmon_official.

9. Program Amendment & Termination

9.1. EXMON reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the EXMON Creator Fund, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

9.2. In the event of the Fund's termination, EXMON shall not be held liable for any missed rewards, lost opportunities, or accumulated views that have not yet undergone final moderation and approval.
